United Domestic Workers of America

United Domestic Workers of America is a union representing over 171,000 home care and family child care providers in California.

Since 1977, they've worked to have care work included in labor rights and protections for women and people of color. They not only fight for home care and child care providers, but also for the communities in which they live.

Their advocacy work includes paid sick leave, vacation pay, and overtime. They also advocate for seniors, people with disabilities, and children.
